Senior Business Consultant
Commission + Incentive

Requirements:

  • Diploma & above in Banking and Finance.
  • Singaporean & SPR only.
  • English or Mandarin speaking.
  • Basic MS Office (Word & Excel) knowledge.
  • Basic experience in general CRM system.
  • At least 3-5 years working experience in independent sales in Finance industry.
  • Experience in working with banking and finance sector.
  • People oriented and Sales centric.
  • Self driven and able to work independently.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out cold calling effectively.
  • Follow up with potential leads provided.
  • Provide financial information and advices for clients.
  • Build and maintain relationship with Singapore SME clients.
Business Consultant
Commission + Incentive
Requirements:
  • GCE-O Level & above.
  • Singaporean & SPR only.
  • 21 Years old & above (MAS Requirement).
  • English or Mandarin speaking.
  • Basic MS Office (Word & Excel) knowledge.
  • Basic experience in general CRM system.
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in independent sales position.
  • People oriented and Sales centric.
  • Self driven and able to work independently.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out cold calling effectively.

  • Provide financial information and advices for clients.
  • Build and maintain relationship with Singapore SME clients.
Telesales Specialist
Basic + Commission + Incentive
Requirements:
  • GCE-O Level & above.
  • Singaporean & SPR only.
  • English or Mandarin speaking.
  • Basic MS Office (Word & Excel) knowledge.
  • Basic experience in general CRM system.
  • People oriented and Sales centric.
  • Self driven and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • With experience in telesales, retail sales or customer service support role.
  • Preferably with proven record of successful meeting sales quota over the phone.
  • Call Centre or Telemarketing background is an advantage.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand various company’s products and services fast.
  • Explain all products and services clearly and accurately to prospects.
  • Do cold-calling and handle call rejections professionally.
  • Resolve call related issues and address complaints smart and tactically.
  • Generate sales leads for our business consultants daily.
  • Record and keep track of new and used leads in our CRM system.
Internship (3-6 months)
Allowance + Incentive

Requirements:

  • Polytechnic and University internship students in Finance/Banking Major.
  • Singaporean & SPR only.
  • English or Mandarin speaking.
  • Basic MS Office (Word & Excel & PowerPoint) knowledge.
  • Good knowledge with Social Media Marketing and Advertising.
  • Self driven and able to work independently.
  • Good in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to learn and understand various company’s products and services fast.
  • Able to explain all products and services clearly and accurately to prospects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist our Business Consultants in daily sales operations, customer support and administrative.
  • Assist our Telesales Specialists in carry out existing client survey, market analysis and leads generation.
  • Assist our Marketing team to create marketing and advertising campaigns materials and reporting.
